General Return Policy

Most items maybe returned for REFUND or EXCHANGE within 15 days of original purchase.

Most items maybe returned ONLY for EXCHANGE within 30 days of original purchase.

ALL customized items are considered final sale and CANNOT be returned for exchange or refund.

ALL specialized/modified items are considered final sale and CANNOT be returned for exchange or refund.

Conditions of return/exchange/refund

You must have original cash register receipt or purchase invoice.

Items must be in perfect condition. Returns are accepted based on the standards set by Elegant Ambience Art Solutions (EAAS). EAAS will not accept any damaged items for return.
